The History Edge

We sat side by side for most courses while students at Boston University School of Law.   Professors seated students alphabetically and in a forecast of the future “Olenn & Penza” was born even before our graduation in May of 1972.   While in our student days we had decided, as best friends do, that we would practice together once school was over and the real work began.

We began our practice together in 1975 as litigators.  We shared the same high standards of practice and dreams of building our own firm.   We hired our first associate in early 1980 and added more as time and work developed.   In time, associates proved their worth and became valued and valuable additions to the firm.

The past 30 plus years have seen a lot of change at Olenn & Penza.  But, the important things haven’t changed: high standards; trust; and a friendship that makes it a joy to come to work each day.
