Personal:

Outside the office, and when the weather permits, Joe indulges his love of golf. Prior to being bitten by this bug, his passion was softball. He played the game for 30 years and coached youth programs for 15 years. He served on the Amateur Softball Association’s national board of directors from 1985 to 1995 and was President of the Rhode Island Amateur Softball Association 1977-1995. He has two grown children and lives in Warren, RI.
